TechnologyWeb Development

Web DevelopmentWebsites built to perform.

Fast, accessible, search-ready websites engineered for conversion and measured on Core Web Vitals.

The problem

What this solves.

A website that takes thirty seconds to load on a mobile connection is not a website, it is a cost. Most business sites are slow for the same reasons: page builders that ship enormous stylesheets, uncompressed media, and plugins that each add their own JavaScript.

What we do

Web Development in practice.

Performance engineering

Static rendering, code splitting and image optimisation, with Core Web Vitals treated as a build requirement.

Accessible by default

Semantic markup, keyboard navigation and contrast that meet WCAG 2.2 AA without a retrofit.

Search-ready architecture

Clean URLs, structured data, generated sitemaps and metadata built into the framework.

Content management

Editing interfaces your team can actually use, without the ability to break the layout.

Conversion design

Journeys designed around the action the business needs, then tested.

Migration without loss

Redirect mapping and rank protection when replacing an existing site.

How it works

The method.

  1. 01Audit and architectExisting performance, URL inventory and the structure the new site needs.
  2. 02Design the systemComponents and tokens rather than page-by-page mockups, so the site stays consistent as it grows.
  3. 03Build and measureDevelopment against performance and accessibility budgets, checked continuously.
  4. 04Launch and protectRedirects verified, rankings monitored, and issues caught in the first fortnight.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does a website cost?

It depends on scope, integrations and content volume. We scope in stages so you see a real number before committing to the full build rather than after.

Do you work with WordPress?

Where it fits. For content-heavy sites with non-technical editors it can be the right answer. For performance-critical or application-like sites we usually recommend a modern framework instead.

Will we be able to edit it ourselves?

Yes. Content is separated from code, and editors get an interface scoped to what should be editable.
