AnalyticsMeasure what actually happens.
Measurement architecture, behavioural and funnel analysis, experimentation and forecasting — so the numbers can be trusted before decisions rest on them.
In short
What is Analytics?
Analytics is the measurement layer that tells a business what customers do and why: tracking, funnel and behavioural analysis, experiments and forecasts. Lulonke designs the measurement architecture, implements tagging correctly, analyses funnels and runs experiments, so the numbers are reliable before budget or product decisions depend on them.

Server-Side Tracking, Event Telemetry & Behavioral Analytics
Eliminating dark traffic and attribution decay with verified server-side tagging, session instrumentation, and product funnels.
The problem
What problems does Analytics solve?
Most analytics setups were installed once and never revisited. Conversions fire twice, or not at all. Privacy changes across browsers quietly broke tracking that nobody re-checked. The reports still produce numbers, which is worse than producing none — because decisions get made on them.
What we do
What our Analytics service includes
Measurement architecture
Decide what to track and why before implementing anything, so the data answers real questions.
Implementation & tagging
GA4, tag management and server-side tracking built to survive browser privacy changes.
Funnel & behavioural analysis
Find where people leave, what the drop-off costs, and which fix is worth making first.
Experimentation
A/B and multivariate testing with enough volume and discipline to be conclusive rather than suggestive.
Forecasting & predictive modelling
Statistical models for cash flow, customer churn and demand, built on data you can inspect.
Privacy-compliant tracking
Consent handling and data collection designed to meet POPIA obligations from the start.
How it works
How we deliver Analytics, step by step
- 01Audit what is measured todayEstablish what is being collected, what is broken, and what is quietly wrong.
- 02Define the questionsAgree the decisions the business needs to make, then work backwards to the measures.
- 03Implement and validateDeploy tracking, then verify against source records before anyone reports on it.
- 04Analyse and iterateRun the analysis, act on it, and re-check the measurement as the site and channels change.

Questions
Analytics: frequently asked questions
Our analytics is already installed. Why would we need this?
Installed and accurate are different things. The most common finding in an audit is conversions counting the wrong action — which means every optimisation decision made since then was pointed at the wrong target.
Do we need server-side tracking?
It depends on volume and how much of your measurement browser privacy changes have already broken. We will tell you whether it is worth the added complexity for your situation rather than selling it by default.
How is this different from Data & Business Intelligence?
Analytics measures behaviour and models what happens next. BI reports what the business did, from your internal systems. They answer different questions and are usually built in that order — measurement first, reporting layer second.
